I entered your dealership on a whim this evening, after having visited a few other car dealers earlier in the afternoon. Having had poor experiences at these other dealers, I had little expectation for what my experience might be at yours. Within thirty seconds of exiting my car, my friend and I were pleasantly greeted by Jeremy Kelly.

After being ignored in all of our previous dealer visits of the day, Jeremy's prompt greeting was a revelation. I entered the dealership not seriously considering a VW but because of Jeremy's knowledge, courtesy, enthusiasm, and most of all, honesty. I left your dealership seriously considering a new Rabbit 4 Door. It's because of his superior customer service that I may now buy a VW, and not any of the other cars I had in mind. Customer service can, and does, make a difference when buying a car. Even if I choose not to buy a VW, I will not hesitate to recommend your cars, your dealership, and especially Jeremy to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

My Fiancee and I just wanted to give a big Thanks to Cisco, Mike, Tony, Frankie, and Jeremy for all there hard work and getting us a great car that we both love. We got a 2007 2.5 VW Wolfsburg Edition. It is a wonderful car and they were excellent! They helped find a great car that would work for a Daily Driver that we could afford. Thank you so much Cisco, Mike, Tony, Frankie, and Jeremy for all your work. Also to the Service crew who was great in prepping the car for us to take home the day we bought it. Also thanks to Frankie and Jeremy doing a car inspection and getting gas for us. We really appreciate it and you guys are the best! We will always come back here and we will always recommend people to come here also. They all did a wonderful job being patient in our decision as it was a hard one to make. There were so many cars out there that we fell in love with but this is the best choice that we made with the help from these wonderful people. Again thank you to all of you for a wonderful job!

Nobody but Stevens Creek Volkswagen!
I bought Siberia (my white 2000 VW Beetle) from Stevens Creek VW almost 1 year ago and I couldn't be happier! I've had no problems, and everyone at the dealership is awesome, including Kevin, Red, Cisco & Aaron. If you go to service, Joe is great! I would never buy another make vehicle, and as long as I live here, I would never go anywhere but Stevens Creek Volkswagen!
